Miranda Priestly once said, "Florals? For Spring? Groundbreaking." While she is right that florals are quite commonplace for this time of year, there's a reason they always come back. I know that nothing makes me feel prettier than a bright floral dress or full skirt with some cute flats. I'm off to New York in just a few short weeks, so I fully plan on going shopping and adding some blooms to my wardrobe. I've got my eye on these pieces:
